Greek Tomato Soup

For these soup several guys intended to marry me 🙂

Time of preparation: 30 minutes    Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients (for four portions):

Corn flour_______1 soup spoon (I always use wheat)
Tomato_________6 big
Onion __________1/2 (or less, depending on personal preferences)
Carrot __________2
Salt, Pepper, Sugar, Herbs

1. Cut onion in small pieces, grate carrots, and fry till gold in a deep pot.
2. Simultaneously boil water in a small pot, and one by one put tomatoes in boiling water for one minute. After it is very easy to pile them, exactly what we have to do. Piled tomatoes should be cut in small pieces.
3. In a half glass of warm water add a spoon of flour and mix. Add to the onion and carrots, mix and fry one minute. After add the cut tomatoes, half a glass of warm water, a spoon of sugar, half spoon of salt, pepper. Let it  boil, and keep on the low fire for 15 minutes (carrots should become soft). After put the soup in blender, and whip. Serve hot with a toasted bread; if you like add some herbs.
4. I have never tried, but to impress guests you can decorate the soup with pesto, sour cream and few leaves of basil 🙂
