French Style Baked Potatoes

Baked potatoes, can be used as a side dish or as a good solution for lunch if served with green salad
Time of preparation: 1 hour Difficulty: Easy
Potato______600 grams
Leek________1 big
Butter_______50 grams
Brie Cheese ___125 grams
Milk ________150 ml
Salt, Pepper 
1. Boil the unpiled potatoes till they are half-ready (no need to put salt in the water).
2. Pile the potatoes, cut in slices, as well as leek, butter and cheese.
3. In the dish for baking put a layer of potatoes, cover with leek and put pieces of butter and cheese. Add salt, pepper and herbs up to your taste, then repeat the layers (potatoes, leek, cheese & butter). Pour milk above. Put the dish in the oven heated till 180C (350F) for 35-40 minutes. If the potatoes on top start burning, cover the dish with foil.
