Super fast recipe with amazing result (which I myself did not expected that good)

Time of preparation: 2,5 hours (active preparation 30 min) Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients:
Wheat flour______2 glasses
Margarine/butter__200 grams
Egg ___________1
Vinegar ________1 tea spoon
Sugar _________ 100 grams
Cinnamon ______1 tea spoon

1. In the half glass of cold water put an yolk and a spoon of vinegar. Mix well and add a little bit of salt; flour mix in another bowl with butter and add there vinegar-yolk blend. Mix till the dough becomes homogeneous, split into two pieces and put in the fridge for at least 1,5 hours.
2. Roll on the first part of dough very thin and put on the baking tray covered with baking paper (or oiled); on the dough put apples cut in small pieces, powder with mixture of sugar&cinnamon; roll on the the second piece of the dough and cover the pie with it. Close the pie, smear with the egg-white; make halls with a fork and put in the oven heated till 180C (350F) for around 35-40 minutes, till the crust will become slightly brown.
3. My mum told me another version of preparing the dough: instead of water with vinegar and yolk put half a glass of beer in the flour&butter. All the rest remains the same 🙂
