1. Peel potatoes and cook them till they are ready. Drain the water and let the pot stay on the hot cooker for 5 minutes (to let them dry).
2. Mash potatoes and let them cool.
3. Fry the cut onion till golden color. Add it to potatoes, together with eggs. Mix well.
4. With wet hands form the oval shaped croquettes and roll into the flour (or in the breadcrumbs). Fry from both sides till golden crust.
Serve hot with sour cream or mushroom sauce.
