But tasty nonetheless. And I would like to express my huge disappointment with Kenwood Multipro – I can understand it’s a good blender or food processor and not really meant as a serious mixer – but still it really can’t be so fragile to get broken from the mild butter. The recipe was inspired by three different cakes

Once I made crostata and my bf told: that’s tasty, but dough became wet from jam, and it should remain dry. So after a while I invented this dough – as coconut helps to keep dough crunchy.

Coconut chips_2/3 cup
Sugar Powder_ 1 cup
